Return a Product to AliExpress?
To start the returns process, login into AliExpress account and place
the order that contains the product you want to return. Then, click Open
dispute, fill your refund request and then click Submit.
If the aliexpress seller agrees
to your refund request, or doesn’t give any kind of respose within 5 days , the
refund will be processed. You can check the status of your dispute just clicking
on the Check
dispute progress in the Self service box
of the customer service page online.
